With over 15 years behind the camera and more than a decade of wedding photography, Stasia Garraway brings documentary depth and a poet's eye to every frame.
The Story
With over 15 years as a professional photographer and more than a decade shooting weddings, Stasia brings a depth of experience that shows in every frame. Her approach is documentary at its core, built around candid moments, careful observation, and the kind of light that makes a scene feel like it was always meant to be photographed that way.
She works alongside Folklore's planning team on our curated wedding packages, which means couples who book through these offerings get the full benefit of a cohesive creative team, people who already know each other's instincts, timing, and aesthetic. Within each package, Stasia handles the photography, while the broader Folklore team takes care of planning, vendors, and logistics, so the day can unfold without friction.
When she's not shooting, Stasia is somewhere in the middle of her multidisciplinary practice, writing poetry, making art, or paying attention to weather. She loves camping, handmade things, and a good long podcast.
