Book your planner and photographer
You sign one agreement with Folklore for planning and photography, and a retainer holds your date. From that moment your planner and your photographer are yours for the day.
Choose the rest, with your planner
We already know the officiants, florists, hair and makeup artists and caterers on the island we trust. Your planner brings you two or three options in each, with prices, checks they are free on your date, and books the ones you choose. Each vendor confirms with you and is paid directly, so you see exactly what every part of the day costs.
One planner holds it all together
Your planner is the one talking to every vendor, building the timeline and running the day. If your planner can’t be there, the other planner on our team steps in, with everything already in your portal.
